Coordinating the preparation and execution of various on-site working visits.Keeping track of changes to the overlay and liaising with the ‘Maps and Plans’ team for regular updates to the venue maps.Acting as a key information resource for all stakeholders with regards to questions and information relating to Venue Management and his/her assigned venue cluster.Producing and distributing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes.Producing project reports/overviews requiring attention to detail, good German and English writing skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office programs.Assisting the Venue Management team in the collection/production of content for various meetings/presentations/workshops.Supporting the Venue Management team with administrative and project management tasks related (but not limited) to a “cluster” of five venues.List of Relevant Tasks and Responsibilities
